ACS Builders was founded in 2016 by Aaron and Carlee Saunderson. We purchased the Ideal Franklin distributorship in 2020 and offer the full range of Ideal buildings.

Our territory is from Kaiaua in the east to Te Kauwhata in the south, Port Waikato and Awhitu in  the west and Karaka and Hunua in the North

ACS Builders provide quality construction in all their building projects. With 13 years’ experience in the building industry, Aaron is a highly experienced and competent tradesman/project manager. This has been confirmed with ACS Builders membership with both the licensed Building Practitioners Board and the Master Builders Association.

The health and safety of ASC workers, customers and all others who are affected by the work activities completed by ASC builders is a main consideration in all stages of the building process from planning to completion. Customers can rest assured that ASC Builders top priority is to make the building process as safe, smooth and easy as possible, no matter what the size.
