Aaron and Carlee are a model on how to run a business they were very informative and communicated well thru the whole process we had a large shed built and I cannot fault one bit of the workmanship or the process. Highly recommend.

We were thinking of building a shed at the back of our house and whilst options were quite broad, our neighbour highly recommended Aaron and Carlee saying it will be the best building experience you’ll have and insisted we had a chat. Me being me picked up the phone and had a chat with Aaron who visited me within 24hrs. We discussed the scope and the rest was history. From that very first meeting with Aaron I had decided it would be Ideal Buildings Franklin who will be doing the project. First impressions of understanding the customers’ needs and providing the confidence of a hassle free project was a strong sentiment I picked up from Aaron. This was well supported by Carllee who basically took all documentation, planning, consents and inspections away from us with very clear communication throughout. We just had to sit back and watch our shed getting built, on time and within budget.

From a build perspective, I have not come across such builders who take so much pride in their work, from start to finish, there was never any debris left on site, they cleaned up every day leaving the site very safe and tidy. Workmanship is of extremely high quality, and being in the construction industry this was always an aspect I kept very close eye on. However, Ideal Buildings Franklin well exceeded my expectation, I just couldn’t fault anything. During the build we were away overseas for 3 weeks, twice, however Aaron made sure he kept the build progressing by coordination with our son.

We have built a few houses over the last a few years, and whilst this might be on a smaller scale, our shed project clearly sits on number 1 for all the reasons above. I highly recommend Aaron and Carlee to anyone as they have the customers’ best interest at the forefront, making it easy for the customer to do business with them.

After building our main house, we were looking at building a multipurpose garage that could be used as a workshop, garage also with an attached room and bathroom. This attached room could also be used for someone working from home in the future. After a couple of on-site meetings, we decided to build an Ideal garage through Aaron and Carlee Saunderson. The process was seamless, all costs were outlined, and we knew exactly what we were getting, no hidden costs and every part was taken care of, from Council Permits to completion. The workmanship and quality of Aaron and his team is flawless. As an ex-builder I am totally impressed with their eye for detail. The finished garage looks good in black and blends well into the rural landscape and compliments our main dwelling. This garage is exactly what we wanted, and all stress was taken away with the help of Aaron and Carlee. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ideal Buildings Franklin again for any building project in the future.
