Terms and Conditions applicable to Ideal Buildings Jan 2026 Promotion.

1. Offer is for the following discounts off the current retail price of the following selected constructed buildings offered by the relevant Ideal Buildings distributor (subject to the terms and conditions set out below):

a. $500 off carports up to 40m2

b. $1,000 off garages up to 30m2

c. $1,500 off sleepouts up to 30m2

2. While the buildings shown designed to qualify for the building consent exemptions, whether or not building consent is required will need to be determined on a case by case basis, as requirements can vary depending on the nature and features of the building and the site upon which it will be constructed. Without limitation, to qualify for the exemptions, buildings must not have any sanitary facilities (e.g. toilets, showers and basins), and sleepouts must not contain cooking facilities. Plumbing work will necessitate a building consent, and electrical work must be carried out by a registered electrician. All buildings must still comply with the applicable legislative requirements including without limitation the Building Code, the Resource Management Act 1992, the Electricity Act 1992, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

3. Offer only available where a contract for the purchase of an eligible building is signed with a participating Ideal Buildings distributor between 1 Jan 2026 and 31 Jan 2026

4. Offer not available at Ideal Buildings Christchurch / North Canterbury branch.

5. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6. Offer only applies to buildings supplied and constructed by Ideal Buildings and does not include buildings supplied as a kitset only.

7. Each Ideal Buildings distributor is independently owned and operated and sets its own pricing. Prices may be subject to variation in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions agreed in the contract with your local Ideal Buildings distributor.

8. As Ideal Buildings is continuously improving its products it reserves the right to alter/modify/change the specification of its products at any time without notice.

9. Ideal Buildings reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

11. All prices and savings include GST.

12. Savings are based off the applicable list price for the relevant building as offered by the relevant participating Ideal Buildings distributor.
