*Terms and Conditions applicable to Ideal Buildings Birthday Promotion.

1. Offer available on new orders for garages, sleepouts, cottages or carports placed with a participating Ideal Buildings distributor between 1 April 2024 and 30 April 2024.

2. Offer not available at Ideal Buildings Christchurch / North Canterbury branch.

3. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

4. Offer only applies to buildings supplied and constructed by Ideal Buildings and does not include buildings supplied as a kitset only.

5. Each Ideal Buildings distributor is independently owned and operated and sets its own pricing. The prices offered by each Ideal Buildings distributor may differ from those shown, and prices may be subject to variation in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions agreed in the contract with your local Ideal Buildings distributor.

6. As Ideal Buildings is continuously improving its products it reserves the right to alter/modify/change the specification of its products at any time without notice.

7. Ideal Buildings reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

8. All prices and savings include GST.

9. Savings are based off the applicable list price for the relevant building as offered by the relevant participating Ideal Buildings distributor.

10. Ideal Buildings endeavours to ensure that the information contained in its advertising, including images, prices, savings, and descriptions, is correct, but does not accept any liability for errors, omissions, or differences between the products shown and finished products.
