TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Prices include GST and are current as at 1 September 2026.
2. Offer available through Ideal Buildings Tauranga & Rotorua only and is subject to availability.
3. The advertised price is based on the building specification set out below and the assumptions stated herein. Prices are subject to change at any time.
4. Images used in advertising material are illustrative only. Actual buildings, features, finishes, colours, dimensions and specifications included in the advertised price may differ from those shown.
5. Additional costs may apply where site conditions differ from those assumed, including (without limitation) out of level sites, rock removal, uncontrolled fill, contaminated ground, additional excavation, retaining requirements, stormwater requirements or other unforeseen site conditions.
6. Some garage designs may qualify for a building consent exemption. Whether a building consent is required will depend on the proposed building design, site conditions and applicable regulatory requirements and must be assessed on a case-by-case basis. All buildings must comply with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements, including the Building Code, district plan requirements and any other applicable statutory requirements. The property owner remains responsible for ensuring all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
7. Any electrical work must be carried out by a registered electrician.
8. Ideal Buildings reserves the right to alter, modify or improve its products and specifications at any time without notice.
9. Prices may be subject to adjustment where customer-requested variations or site-specific requirements arise.
